  • Consistency — Where do I feel steady in my care routines, and where might I invite more grace‑filled rhythm?

  • Compassionate — How can I speak to myself today as God would — with tenderness and patience?

  • Caring for Body — What nourishment does my body need to feel loved and supported?

  • Common Sense — What simple, practical choices could help me honor my limits and restore balance?

HALT Emotional Check‑In Prompts

  • Hunger — Am I physically or spiritually hungry? What kind of nourishment would truly satisfy me?

  • Anger — What is my anger trying to protect or reveal, and how can I bring it to God for peace?

  • Loneliness — Where do I feel disconnected, and how might I reach for companionship or prayerful presence?

  • Tiredness — What kind of rest would restore my spirit — stillness, movement, or quiet communion?

  • Closing Reflection
