Services

Care, in many shapes.

Whatever brought you here, there's a way in. Read through the pathways below — when something resonates, that's a good starting point.

Warm and peaceful yoga and wellness studio with natural sunlight representing emotional healing, mindfulness, faith-centered wellness, and trauma-informed therapy in Lakewood Colorado.

01

Individual Therapy

For women navigating anxiety, grief, identity or simply wanting more of themselves back.

Weekly 50-minute sessions. A confidential, integrative space where we work with what's surfacing, relationships, work, body, meaning. Sessions are warm, paced, and never one-size-fits-all.

02

Trauma & EMDR Therapy

For those carrying experiences that still echo in the body, single-incident or developmental.

EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain reprocess stuck memories. Together we create the safety and resourcing first, then move at a pace your nervous system can hold.

03

Adolescent Therapy

For teens (12–19) and the parents loving them.

Developmentally attuned therapy for anxiety, school stress, identity, friendship and family transitions. We make therapy a place teens actually want to come back to.

04

Couples Counseling

For partners ready to be honest with and gentler with each other.

We work with communication, repair, intimacy and the patterns underneath the patterns. Not about taking sides, about helping the relationship become a place of refuge again.

05

Perimenopause Wellness

For women in the perimenopausal years asking, 'why don't I feel like me?'

An integrative approach: emotional, somatic and contextual care during a chapter that's so often dismissed. Therapy + lifestyle + nervous system support.

06

Yoga Therapy

For clients who want the body included in the healing.

One-on-one sessions blending breathwork, gentle movement and trauma-informed yoga to support nervous system regulation. No prior yoga experience needed.

07

Wellness Retreats

For women craving a true exhale.

Small-group retreats in Colorado and beyond — therapy, yoga, breathwork, real food and real rest. See the Retreats page for upcoming dates.

08

Clinical Supervision

For pre-licensed therapists and clinicians seeking ACS-credentialed supervision.

Reflective, relational supervision focused on clinical depth, ethical practice and your developing voice as a therapist.
