From the Upcoming Book
"Created to comfort and encourage, this work speaks to moments when the path has twisted away from what was once believed or taught. It gently reminds us that, just as the adventure may seem uncertain, we find restoration and clarity through faith, courage and hope."

Why I Write
A quieter way to reach the people I can't sit with.
Writing allows me to reach people beyond the therapy room.
Every book begins with a simple hope, that someone who feels overwhelmed, anxious or uncertain will discover encouragement, practical tools and renewed faith to continue moving forward.
Whether through counseling, yoga therapy or the written word, my purpose remains the same: to help others experience healing, joy and light.
